We are credit intermediaries certified by the Bank of Portugal Optifinance, Intermediação de Crédito, Lda, commercial company with the NIPC 517272873, headquartered at Rua Joaquim António de Aguiar, nr43, 3º Drt 1070-150 Lisbon, develops the credit intermediation activity in the binding category, under the provisions of article 3, no. 1 of Decree-Law no. 81-C/2017, registered with the Bank of Portugal, with registration number 0007221, which can be verified on the Bank of Portugal website (https://www.bportugal.pt/intermediariocreditofar/optifinance-intermediacao-de-credito-lda) Optifinance, Intermediação de Crédito Lda. does not grant credit, and its activity is merely intermediation, under the terms of the law

Dispute resolution:

Optifinance, Credit Intermediation, Lda informs, under the terms and for the purposes provided in Law 144/2015, of September 8, that in case of dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:

  • CNIACC – National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts;
  • Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center;
